In order to be able to offer tenants a tidy and clean Adventure House after your stay, we expect that the Adventure House or parts thereof are cleaned properly and according to our standards.
As a user (tenant) you deliver the Adventure House “broom clean”.
Broom clean means that the Adventure House is delivered neat and empty. This broadly means that: All rented items are together, personal belongings have been removed. The bedrooms, living rooms and workshop spaces have been swept and/or vacuumed, the fireplaces have been emptied and the combustion residues have been deposited in the correct waste container, the kitchen and all equipment and workbenches and the sanitary facilities are free of grease, dirt and limescale. In addition, all waste has of course been collected correctly and emptied into the correct container. Upon departure, the Adventure House was put back into the configuration as it was upon arrival.
The cleaning activities per part are:
Cleaning of all sleeping areas on the ground floor.
Vacuum floors and remove stains, remove dust from window sills, remove doors and handles, check under all mattresses and beds for items left behind, open curtains and empty and clean waste bins
Cleaning of all common areas (living rooms + corridors).
Vacuum floors and remove stains, furniture in the correct arrangement and clean table tops, if the fireplaces have been used, the ash remains removed and deposited in the correct container, rubbish bins empty and clean, doors and handles free of fingers,
Cleaning of toilets and showers in the corridors and the rooms for people with a disability.
Walls, sinks, mirrors, doors, walls clean and finger-free, drains clean, toilet bowls clean on the inside and outside, trash cans empty and clean, floors clean and stain-free.
Cleaning central kitchen.
All refrigerated workbenches, refrigerators and cold rooms empty, clean inside, doors and worktops clean and finger-free, shelves (including under the workbenches and stoves), cupboards clean and empty, walls, counters and outside extractor hoods clean, floor clean, holes in the floor empty and clean, trash cans empty and clean, ovens on the outside clean and free of fingers.
Cleaning dishwashing kitchen and pantry.
Racks, walls and workbenches clean, machine clean and stain-free on the inside and outside, racks clean and empty (washing dishes in the right place), trash cans empty and clean, floor clean and the corner of the floor empty and clean.
!! An accident can often happen... If something is broken or does not function properly, it is nice if you report it to us immediately !!
